And even she is a mother of two and has gotten past the troubling years of her life, Britney is now on the track of getting in shape and achieving the body she used to have before. In fact, even attaining a better one.
So, is it hard for Britney to lose some weight? Is the 1,200 calories per day depriving her of foods to eat? Britney claims that the limit of 1,200 calories per day in fact is a lot. It may seem a small amount for some who are used to binging and really eating a lot, but to her it is okay. It is enough. After all, she has a motivation, getting into the concert and wearing corsets and fishnet stockings to make her even more sensual onstage, she would not want to have flab showing right? How can you be sensual when all people could see is a display of fat? To Britney, because she has a certain image to maintain to, she needs to be fit and lose weight in order for people to see her as the Britney Spears like before.

Britney is in great shape. But she is also pressured to look thinner and thinner as time goes on. It is normal and healthy for a pregnant woman to gain up to thirty five pounds (in fact it’s suggested to gain twenty when including the babies weight). For a normal person it is very important to incorperate fruits into the diet. Fruit sugar is not harmful to the body in the slightest. It’s sugar that, if regularly exercising, will be used entirely for energy.
Most of the actresses you see are malnurished and increase their risk of cancer, and other diseases by not eating proper balances of fruits, veggies and carbs. Their dieting methods can be dangerous.
