Peach Vodka Cocktails

Peaches are known to be a very edible juicy fruit. Peaches can be pink, yellow, red, white or a combination of those colors. The white flesh is very sweet while yellow-fleshed peaches typically have an acidic tang coupled with a taste of sweetness. The ancient Chinese consider this fruit as a symbol of immortality and long-life. If that isn’t a reason enough to enjoy a peach, there are a lot of other reasons and uses! Peach Vodka is a peach flavored vodka. Vodka is a clear spirit that is made from grain, but can be distilled from other starches such as corn, potatoes and beets. Vodkas are commonly flavored with essences and aroma of citrus or other fruits to produce one great taste of peach vodka cocktail. Why don’t you give it a try on some of these recipes.

* Georgia Peach Vodka Cocktail

2 oz. Sour mixture , 2 oz. vodka 1½ oz. Peach Schnapps , ½ oz.

Blend these with ice, Garnish with Peach slice.

* Son of a Peach

2 oz. vodka, Pineapple Juice, 2 oz. Sour mixture, 2 oz. vodka

Blend with crushed ice until smooth, Serve in Hurricane or Large decorative glass.
