Walt Disney animated characters

Walt Disney is without a doubt one of the most brilliant men in the history of entertainment. Born in 1901, Walt Disney had a vision even at an early age. Producer, Director, Writer, and more, he brought his visions to comic strips, movies, magazines and television through the inception of animation. Disney’s first movie, was an animated movie that no one had ever thought of making. Snow White and the seven Dwarfs gave way to a new era. Through animation, more then fifty movies have been made and hundreds of characters created.

When the idea of animation first came up, everyone told Disney that it would never work. It could not be done. However his vision and dedication paid off and when the black and white Snow White and the Seven Dwarf premiered it was a huge success. He began creating new characters and his dream took off.

Together with His brother, Disney built an empire that spans the world. The animated characters he brought to life have developed over the years from black and white to full color life like creations.

The Disney animated characters frolic in fields, swim under the ocean, brave the forests of darkest Africa and dangers of the Ice age. They bring to life their adventures leave the audience at the edge of their seats. Even though Walt Disney is no longer with us, he left a legacy behind and his vision is still being discovered through new and exciting characters.
